Little BigHeads Refund & Exchange Policy – Shoes and Accessories
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us. Please read on for information on our return and refund policy.
If you simply change your mind about your purchase from us, then as long as you have the item in the original packaging unworn, with original tags attached, and the receipt (or other proof of purchase) and it is within 28 days since the purchase was made, then you may return your item to our store and we will happily refund you (using the same method of payment as original purchase)
Please note in the case of Lelli Kelly purchase you must also return the free gift – as we only have one for each pair of shoes we sell!
If you find fault with any item purchased from us, then please in the first instance return it to us and we will advise you accordingly. If we feel the fault is down to a manufacturing fault we will issue you will an immediate full replacement or refund. In some cases, it may be necessary to contact the supplier for further guidance; for example, if it is felt that the fault is down to general wear and tear and not a manufacturing fault, there may be a delay before we can issue a refund or exchange. We will endeavor to act as quickly as possible in these situations and keep you informed at all times.
Little BigHeads Appointment Terms & Conditions
You can book your haircut appointments over the phone or by booking online. If you provided us with your mobile number at the time of booking your appointment, you will receive a text reminder the day before your appointment.
We understand with children plans can and do change, so if for whatever reason you need to cancel your appointment you can do so over the phone, or if you booked online, you can cancel your booking online. Obviously if you can’t make it, the sooner you can let us know the better. We accept cancellations up to an hour in advance of your appointment.
If you have an appointment and don’t turn up for it, or do not let us know within one hour of your appointment, this is what we call a ‘no show’.
If you ‘no show’ for your appointment, we may not be able to make any future bookings for you without taking payment in advance. Unfortunately, you will not be able to make any online bookings either. We hope you appreciate why we have had to take this decision.
