We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us. Please read on for information on our return and refund policy.
Returns:
If you simply change your mind about your purchase from us, then as long as you have the item in the original packaging unworn, with original tags attached, and the receipt (or other proof of purchase) and it is within 28 days since the purchase was made, then you may return your item either in person to one of our stores or via mail (address below) and we will happily refund you (using the same method of payment as original purchase)
We regret that as a small business we are unable to bear the cost of postage for any returns, so this must be paid by you the customer. If you are unsure when making your purchase which size or style to order, please call or e mail us we will be happy to help.
Please note in the case of Lelli Kelly purchase you must also return the free gift if you received one – as we only have one for each pair of shoes we sell!
Faulty Goods:
If you find fault with any item purchased from us, then please in the first instance return it to us and we will advise you accordingly. If we feel the fault is down to a manufacturing fault we will issue you will an immediate full replacement or refund. In some cases, it may be necessary to contact the supplier for further guidance; for example, if it is felt that the fault is down to general wear and tear and not a manufacturing fault, there may be a delay before we can issue a refund or exchange. We will endeavour to act as quickly as possible in these situations and keep you informed at all times.

We offer free delivery on orders over £25 Orders below this amount will be charged £4 postage and packing and will be send Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Please Note- If industrial strikes are in process any orders may take longer than usual to be delivered.
Christmas Delivery is not guaranteed after 20th December.
Orders made after this date will be sent out from the 28th December. Our store closes from the 23rd December to the next working day after New Years day, any pick up from store orders can be collected during store opening hours.
During lockdown periods we will suspend all shipping costs and all delivery will be free of charge.
We also have the option of click and collect from our Bramhall store. This option is free, and your items will usually be available to collect within 48 hours. During lockdown we will offer a click and collect service from both shops, however as our shops are not manned all of the time collection will usually be at the following days / time.
Bramhall - Thursdays between 12pm and 3pm.
If you would like to click and collect please select this option and the store you wish to collect from, and we will notify you when your item is available for collection. Please note - with click and collect during lockdown, items must be collected from the entrance to our store. We regret that we are unable to fit any items during the click and collect process, as this is a breach of the national lockdown guidelines.
Home Delivery
We regret that personal home delivery with shoe fitting is not currently available as this is a breach of the national lockdown guidelines.
