Little BigHeads Online Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us. Please read on for our returns, refund and delivery information.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return an item within 28 days of purchase, provided it is unworn, in its original packaging, with the original tags attached, and you have your receipt or other proof of purchase. You can return it in person to our Bramhall store or by post (address below), and we will refund you using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

As a small business we are unable to bear the cost of return postage, so this must be paid by you. If you are unsure which size or style to order, please call or email us and we will be happy to help.

For Lelli Kelly purchases, please also return the free gift if you received one, as we only have one for each pair of shoes we sell.

Faulty goods

If you find a fault with any item, please return it to us in the first instance and we will advise you. If the fault is a manufacturing fault, we will issue a full replacement or refund. In some cases we may need to contact the supplier for further guidance, for example if the fault appears to be general wear and tear, which may cause a short delay. We will act as quickly as possible and keep you informed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over £25. Orders below this amount are charged £4 postage and packing and are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery times may be longer than usual during busy periods or due to disruption outside our control.

Christmas delivery: Delivery is not guaranteed after 20th December. Orders placed after this date will be sent out from 28th December. Our store closes from 23rd December until the next working day after New Year’s Day.

Click and collect

You can collect your order from our Bramhall store free of charge. Choose click and collect at checkout and we will notify you when your items are ready, usually within 48 hours. Orders can be collected during store opening hours.
