Little BigHeads Appointment Terms & Conditions

You can book your haircut appointments over the phone or by booking online. If you provided us with your mobile number at the time of booking your appointment, you will receive a text reminder the day before your appointment.

We understand with children plans can and do change, so if for whatever reason you need to cancel your appointment you can do so over the phone, or if you booked online, you can cancel your booking online. Obviously if you can’t make it, the sooner you can let us know the better. We accept cancellations up to an hour in advance of your appointment.

If you have an appointment and don’t turn up for it, or do not let us know within one hour of your appointment, this is what we call a ‘no show’.

If you ‘no show’ for your appointment, you will need to pay for this appointment.We will not be able to make any future bookings for you without taking payment in advance. Unfortunately, you will not be able to make any online bookings either. We hope you appreciate why we have had to take this decision.
